Turnaround time

We're relatively fast and very efficient

Our standard turnaround time for substantially down and down/feather mix pillows is 1 to 3 working days after the date of receipt of your bed pillows.

If you are a local in-store client

If we received your pillows on, say, a Tuesday, they'd be ready either on the Wednesday afternoon at the earliest or Thursday afternoon at the latest.

Some local clients just drop off their pillows with the comment that “I'll see you in 2 weeks”.

In rare cases, other local clients – especially those who just love everything about their very own pillows – even drop them off at our facility when we open in the morning and request pick up that very same evening.

Although we generally have a set schedule for our production, we'll work diligently to accommodate the most demanding turnaround requests.

If you are a Nationwide Clean By Mail Client

We ship every Tuesday and Friday.

If we received your pillows on a Friday, they'll be ready for shipping on the Monday afternoon at the earliest or Tuesday afternoon at the latest. In that case, we'd ship on the Tuesday.

If we received you pillows on a Monday, they'd be ready for shipping either on the Wednesday afternoon at the earliest or Thursday afternoon at the latest. In that case, we'd ship on the Friday.

If we received you pillows on a Wednesday, they'd be ready for shipping either on the Thursday afternoon at the earliest or Friday afternoon at the latest. In that case, we'd ship on the Friday.

You get the idea.

Occasionally, clients will ship their pillow(s) to us overnight with a request that the work be completed that same day and be returned to them by Next Day, Two Day or Three Day Air. Under those circumstances, we'd ship the same day – even if that day is not a Tuesday or Friday.

Although we generally have a set schedule for our production, we'll work diligently to accommodate the most demanding preferences.
